Privacy policy

This policy explains how Tokár Ádám e.v. handles personal data when you use apexmotionstudio.eu, request a sample, book a call, or unsubscribe. Processing follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Controller

Tokár Ádám egyéni vállalkozó, trading as Apex Motion Studio / Apex Web. Address: Szőlős utca 4/1, 5700 Gyula, Hungary. Tax number: 92003747-1-24. Email: [email protected]. Phone: +36 30 241 1366.

2. What we process and why

• Sample and call form: name, email, company, product URL, package interest, preferred time, and your notes, so we can reply and, if you ask, cut a free sample. Legal basis: steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Unsubscribe: your email, so we can stop studio messages. Legal basis: legal obligation and your request (Art. 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Webhooks

If a webhook endpoint is configured in the hosting environment, the form payload is sent there so the studio can handle the request in its workflow tools. Only the fields you submit are sent. We do not sell this data.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not load analytics or advertising trackers. Sample films are streamed from a public demo host so you can watch the work.

5. Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years if no contract follows. Contract and accounting records are kept for the periods required by Hungarian law (typically 8 years for invoices). Unsubscribe records are kept as long as needed to honour the request.

6. Processors

• Cloudflare: hosting and Pages Functions. USA, Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
• The configured webhook destination, if any, which receives form payloads so the studio can act on them.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, by writing to [email protected]. You can complain to the Hungarian authority (NAIH, naih.hu, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11) or to the authority of your own country.
